Tangent trees

Today I'm trying a new thing. Say hello to...
Tangent Trees!
Beginning
Now, I can write all of my ideas and subsequent other related ideas I happen to think of, AND I can link them all together in one semi-coherent mess! Any time I want to change the subject, I can just add another branch! I've even got little titles to help you identify what each box is talking about
can't think of anything
Well i was trying to change the subject so I could add another branch, but I couldn't think of anything, so instead I'm just gonna talk about how I can't think of anything to talk about. Thinking about random things is hard to do. that's why I haven't released many tangents, it's just because they're so hard to think of. But anyway I'm gonna see if I can find something to rant about. I know! I'll talk about OS wars 10.
OS Wars 10
You probably haven't heard of OS Wars, it's kinda neiche but also kinda recognised enough to be something some people might know about. OS Wars takes place in scratch, where four teams (except in OS Wars X) compete to make the best 'operating system' in scratch
Red OS 10
This time around, I'm competing in Red OS. This is my first time competing in an OS war, so it's a little stressful, but it will be such a helpful learning experience, since this is also my frist time working in a group. As of today, round 1 is nearing the end This very moment, we have exactly 2 days, 2 hours, 20 minutes, and 14 seconds. Of course, now that I'm writing this sentence, that time has changed, but when I wrote that sentence it was accurate down to the second. You can find the offical OS Wars 10 account here scratch.mit.edu/users/-OSWars10-/
Wars X
Wars X was the nineth OS war. It's weird I know, but what probably happened was that people took so many variations of the name 'os wars 9.' Anyway, in OS Wars X, they changed it up so that anyone can create a team, or enter by themselves. All they had to do was create their team, notify the Wars X account, and compete in the challenges. Here's a link to the offical OS Wars X account scratch.mit.edu/users/wars-x/
wait how do i do this
ok so now that i'm thinking about it, this is kinda difficult because how on earth am i gonna add those lines that link elements together.
nevermind i figured it out
I figured out some sort of kinda okay system, but I was hoping for something cooler. My original goal was to have something a little more tree like, with bending connections. Fig 1 is an illustration.
Links for figures!
I'm gonna start improving the figures. For instance, I just used a link to open up fig 1 rather than make you go to the side and look for all the figures. I won't improve the images on any older pages, since I think those should remain in the past to let people know how far I've come with this site. By the way, you can actually use the figures to determine what was written first, since I'll likely add figures as I write.
this is a nightmare to code btw
dude its so hard to build this whole tree system. It's actually kind of a pain. I'm probably going to actually increase the width of the main page just so its easier for you to read the text in a not painful way. anyway look at Fig 2 to see this monstrosity in HTML form. Welp I think I'd better wrap this up, in addition to everything else. Actually, i'm writing this last, well not exactly. See I actually jump between topics, so there is no next thing, there is only parallel, so yeah. wait, wouldn't it be cool if I ended this tangent with the same word that I started it with? I think it would.
today are yesterday today yesterday yesterday today yesterday
Oh btw the 'today' at the beginning doesn't actually reference today, rather yesterday since I started writing this yesterday, and because yesterday, today would've been today because today would mean today.
